Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon advance commitment from the client.
  • Kalra’s Chaat Culture reserves the right to accept or decline any booking at its discretion.
  • The confirmed booking date will be blocked exclusively for the client.

2. Pricing & Guest Count

  • Charges are based primarily on the final confirmed number of guests.
  • The minimum committed guest count will be considered for billing, even if actual attendance is lower.
  • Any increase in guest count at the event will be charged additionally.
  • Final guest count must be shared at least 48 hours prior to the event and cannot be reduced thereafter.

3. Menu & Changes

  • Menu once finalized cannot be altered within 48 hours of the event.
  • Any additions or special requests will be subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • In case of cancellation, the advance amount is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation within 3 days of the event will be subject to full booking charges.
  • Postponement requests are subject to availability and management approval.

5. Setup & Arrangements

  • The client must ensure proper arrangements at the venue, including adequate space, electricity, and water supply.
  • Any delay caused due to venue restrictions or lack of arrangements will not be the responsibility of Kalra’s Chaat Culture.
  • Additional setup requirements will be charged separately.

6. Hygiene & Food Responsibility

  • All food is prepared under hygienic conditions using quality ingredients.
  • Kalra’s Chaat Culture is not responsible for any issues arising due to delays in consumption, weather conditions, or handling by guests/third parties.

7. Liability & Responsibility

  • Kalra’s Chaat Culture shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage occurring at the venue due to external factors.
  • The client is responsible for maintaining order and ensuring a safe working environment for staff.

8. Equipment & Damages

Any damage or loss of catering equipment, utensils, or setup items caused by guests or venue staff will be recoverable from the client.

9. Service Limitations

  • Service is provided strictly for the agreed number of guests.
  • Kalra’s Chaat Culture reserves the right to regulate portion sizes and service flow to ensure fair distribution.

10. Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events, Kalra’s Chaat Culture reserves the right to reschedule the event. Any financial adjustments will be at management discretion.

11. Media Usage
Kalra’s Chaat Culture reserves the right to use event photos/videos for promotional purposes unless the client objects in writing prior to the event.

12. Acceptance of Terms
Confirmation of booking implies acceptance of all the above terms and conditions.
